From Internship to Employment

One of the most powerful outcomes of Workforce NOW initiatives is seeing students transition from classroom learning into real careers. Through programs like the Intern Expo, Mock Interview Day, and employer partnerships, students gain exposure to industries and begin building relationships with local businesses. Many employers have shared that students they first met through these events later returned as interns and, in some cases, full-time employees after graduation.
